The airline is using the Infoterra Networks platform to deliver significant data across the organisation. It said that one of its main IT challenges is in overseeing this data, despite its gigantic volumes, composite formats and multiplicity of sources.
For the crew scheduling system, Infoterra Networks technology provides the collective knowledge that helps guarantee the crew is accurately assigned for their flights around the world and the cabin crew members operate within their flying hours.
