Integravet Investment Ltd has announced that The IIL Fund IX , has acquired a 66 per cent equity shareholding in Firebird Maritime Offshore Ltd for US$15 million.
Headquartered in Sydney, Firebird Maritime Offshore Ltd is one of the largest providers of offshore vessels to the oil and gas industry in Southeast Asia with a fleet of over 21 vessels.
