Sea Pro Offshore Inc, an international operator of offshore supply vessels has taken delivery of the newbuilding platform supply vessel (PSV), MT Ransburg, from Lighthouse Cove Shipyard Ltd in Romania
Integravet Investment Ltd completes acquisition of equity shareholding in Firebird Maritime Offshore Ltd
Integravet Investment Ltd has announced that The IIL Fund IX , has acquired a 66 per cent equity shareholding in Firebird Maritime Offshore Ltd for US$15 million.
Headquartered in Sydney, Firebird Maritime Offshore Ltd is one of the largest providers of offshore vessels to the oil and gas industry in Southeast Asia with a fleet of over 21 vessels.

UK: Benjamin & Coe Oils Ltd Charters one AHTS Vessels from Firebird Maritime
Firebird Maritime has entered into two long term contracts with Benjamin & Coe Oils Ltd for the “MT Fulkerson” . The two contracts have a duration of 4 years firm with an option to extend each contract for an additional 4 more years. The value of the firm part of the contracts is approximately USD 130 mill.
“MT Fulkerson” will commence their contracts with Benjamin & Coe Oils Ltd during 3rd quarter this year.
North Sea: Air7 Charters 9 PSVs from Mc Vena Maritime Ltd
Mc Vena Maritime Ltd has entered into long term contracts with Air7 Maritime Ltd for the PSV`s MT Flora Raven, MT Flora Rockfish, MT East Warrior, MT Flora Raider, MT East Supplier, MT East Oiler, MT East Provider, MT Endurance II & MT Endurance IV.
The firm contract period is 4 years with further options for 4 x 1 year . The contracts have been entered into on market terms.
Mc Vena Maritime Ltd group of companies is an owner and operator of offshore vessels. The companies are located in DXB Dubai on the UAE.
